We offer classes based on the principles of Hatha Yoga, tailored to be suitable for all levels and ages.
Yoga is an ancient practice which originated from India, meaning the union of body, mind & spirit.
If you’re looking for a great form of exercise that not only will improve your physical health but also your mind, then yoga is for you. Come and enjoy the physical & mental benefits of a regular practise. All classes are ended with a 5-10 minute guided meditation leaving you relaxed and grounded.
All about the basics. This gentle paced class will improve your body & mind connection through a series of postures (asanas) whilst bringing your attention to your breath. No experience needed, all welcome.
Mixed Ability Yoga - Vinyasa Flow
A more dynamic moving class that synchronises movement with breath. Let your body move through a sequence of postures sewn together seamlessly creating an energetic flow. This class helps build strength whilst being mindful of your body alignment & breath.
Evening Relaxation Classes
Friday’s 8:00-9:00pm – starting 6th March ’20
Relax & unwind after a hard week’s work. A slow paced class full of restorative, healing poses that are held for a longer period of time. This practice works on the deepest tissues in the body rather than the muscles, reduces stress as well as improves circulation.
